The Reports section has been updated with a more modern and simple design to help you find your reports easier and spot all essential information in one view.
The new Reports Overview includes the report’s name, the icons of the integrations used in the report, and scheduled info, all in one view. It also has a new top menu bar with a search bar and filters to search reports by Client or Status.
We have also made it possible to assign multiple participants to a client instead of limiting it to a single account manager and several contributors.

We are happy to share that we have new metrics available for your Facebook reports. Check out what's new:
Facebook deprecated this metric a while ago, but after much criticism, it was reintegrated, and so did we. You can find it under Filter in the Campaign Insights widget.
By using the 28-day attribution window, you can observe the actions taken by a user within 28 days before conversion. It is a very useful metric to understand the customer journey and the steps to achieve conversion.
Do you want to show how a Facebook page is rated on your reports? You can now use the Page Rating metric, which is determined by various factors, including user reviews and recommendations about your business page.
This metric can be used with the Custom Page Insights Widget.
👉 Keep in mind that only Pages that have enabled Recommendations are eligible to display a rating, and a Page may not have a rating if it hasn't received enough Recommendations.
We have also added a few new metrics to help you track and report the conversations on your Facebook page. These are Total Conversations, Marked as Spam Rate, Conversations Marked Spam, Blocked Rate, and Total Blocked Conversations.
Where to find these metrics? Go to Custom Page Insights Widget and find them under Messages:

February 2023
Our team has been working hard to prepare for the last releases of 2022 before heading toward the Holiday Season. We have launched a new design for the date range picker, added new metrics to Facebook, Callrail, and Google Analytics 4, and released a few improvements to the Semrush integration.
🎅 Keep reading to find out more.
We have redesigned the Date Range Picker to ensure it is always visible so you can access it and modify it easier. You can find it now in the top bar's right corner. The new design includes a new icon, a side settings panel, an updated customization flow, and permanent visibility on the reporting page.
We have optimized the Semrush integration to make creating project/domain analysis reports easier. Instead of having the hassle of adding filters each time you want to specify data for a project, you can now use a separate data source for each domain. This way, by default, all your data will be linked to it when creating your report, saving you time.
How much are your competitors spending and driving from PPC? We have added two new metrics to help you evaluate your competitor's paid strategy and find answers to these questions: AdWords Traffic and AdWords Cost. Add them to your Semrush report now and start benchmarking your PPC efforts.
We added a new metric for Videos: Video Total Play Time, which tells you how much time viewers have spent watching your content.
We also added the Uncategorized category to show data of people who opted out when filtering a KPI by publisher or placement.
We deprecated the Results metric of Facebook Ads due to changes in how FB measures them. Of course, you can still track the results of your FB ads campaigns, but to do this, you need to select the targeted metric associated with the campaign objective. For example, if you set your campaign objective to "conversions," you need to choose the type of conversions results you want to see, such as "leads" or "purchases."
Be aware that as of this week, you can't add the results metric to any widgets anymore. If it's already used on a report, make sure you replace it manually or remove it.
We have made a minor update to the Callrail integration to help you track back your leads' timeline faster. As of now, you can find a new Timeline-URL field with a link to the lead's timeline.
The Google Organic Search field has been updated with four new metrics:

If you are using Google Analytics we have good news for you. We just split Google Analytics into 2 different integrations to facilitate the reporting of your data from each respective property 🙌.
Customer journeys have become more complex and it is very important for marketers to be able to measure fragmented events together to provide actionable insights. The new Google Analytics 4 allows users to track multiple data sources from both app and web with a focus on events instead of hits.
That's why in your Swydo app you can now find Google Analytics 4 and Google Universal Analytics as a separate integration, to make your reporting life easier.
We've got you covered!
While the marketing world prepares to sunset Google Analytics 3, here at Swydo we've got you covered with 2 separate integrations and a dedicated template for each:
👉 Connect your Google Analytics 4 now and create a complete report with few clicks by using our template or our premade widgets. See a sneak peek of a sample report with some of the main metrics available:
The clock is ticking!
Google has announced that Universal Analytics will stop processing new hits in July 2023 and Google Analytics 360 in Oct 2023, so if you still rely on these properties for measuring your client’s data, it’s very important to start migrating to Google Analytics 4 as soon as possible.
With our new integration you will be able to allocate all your Google Analytics reports into the right property so you can easily identify which reports belong where and what still needs to be done during this transition period.
👉 Not in Google Analytics 4 yet? Read here how to make the switch.

We have updated the name of the Google My Business integration to Google Business Profile, in line with the recent rebranding made by Google.
What has changed?
Google has removed the Google My Business mobile app to reinforce users to manage their business profile via the Google Maps mobile app or Google Search to "keep things simple". You can find more info here.
👉All your existing data sources will still appear with the old name, but in case you want to add new ones, you will find them as Google Business Profile.
Multiple names
The rebranding of the name is not new. Probably you remember that before Google My Business this application was called Google Places, and before that Google+ Local, and before that Google Places, and before that just Google Local.
🔔 Please be aware that these changes won't have any impact on your existing data and reports.

Times change and so do we! After 11 years evolving as a company, we decided it was time to refresh our brand.
Today, we are proud to introduce new energy to Swydo with a new palette of colors, new typography, and a modified logo that reflects better who we are now as a product and as a company. We have also redefined our mission statement and our brand values, in line with the results of valuable teamwork and insightful customer feedback.
As of today you will see a Swydo interface with bigger letters, lighter and brighter colors, rounded edges, and a bit more space between characters to make the experience of reporting a more pleasant one.
We love our logo and what Swydo stands for: “Show what you do online”. We also feel very identified with the 4 colorful people standing strong and symbolizing the essence of our job: Communication.
With this reasoning in mind, we decided to stay as close as possible to our existing logo, but give it a fresher and more modern look. We have made the colors lighter, improved spacing, and refreshed the edges. Here the results:
We call it Tulip, as it was born in the Netherlands, the home of our company, and its colors represent our brand personality:
Friendly, Modern, and Playful.
You will find these new colors in our platform, our website, our marketing communication, and of course in our logo. They bring to mind different moods and emotions that relate to trust, intelligence, growth, creativity, friendship, and playfulness.
Our new typeface is called Epilogue, a flexible, clean, and playful font made in New York. It has a simple feel with small quirks for easier readability.
Our brand identity
To redefine who we are, we onboarded on an exercise where we imagined our brand as a person and described it with all the characteristics related to it. After conveying and aligning on a long list of qualities, we selected the 3 main attributes that resonate the most, and which we are now proud to present as our company values:
Together with our values, we also redefined our Mission:
With these changes we aim to make the experience of reporting a more joyful journey for all our clients.
