Your new Report Filters feature is now live! You can update all the widgets in your report with a single filter setting at the data source level. One click, and your entire report updates instantly — saving you hours of manual work.
Find the Report Filters option in the top menu of your report, next to the date range. This opens a side panel where you can choose either a report data source (already used in the report) or a client data source (available to the client but not yet added to the report).

✅ Use AND logic to combine multiple filters as needed.

✅ Already have filters at the widget level? No problem — you can choose to keep them or overwrite them with the report-level filter.

✅ Need to update multiple linked reports? Just update your master template once, and all linked reports will reflect the changes automatically.
Try it now and start saving hours of manual work.

Good news, global users! You can now experience the Swydo app in your preferred language. Just navigate to your profile in the left menu and choose.

This will automatically update the app interface, including menus, tabs, and text. ✅

⚠️ Please note: This setting only changes the app language, not your report language. To change a report's language, open the report, click the three dots in the top menu, and select the desired language.
You can now protect your shared dashboards with a password, adding an extra layer of security when sharing reports externally.
To use it, click Share in the top menu, select Dashboard, and toggle “Protect with password”. Enter your password, click Save, and you're all set.
This feature was developed in response to customer feedback, expanding the flexibility of dashboard sharing. It sits next to the options to enable the link and change the date range, giving you full control over access and visibility.

We’ve made a small but useful update to to give you more flexibility when analyzing results. You can now choose to display comparisons in both KPI widgets and Tables as either percentages or absolute values. We’ve streamlined the email editor for scheduled reports, making it easier to add, preview, and customize templates—all in one place. No more switching tabs: select an existing template or unlink it to create a custom message with just a few clicks.

As of April 21, 2025, Meta has deprecated the Impressions and Plays metrics—and so have we in Swydo.
In their place, Instagram has introduced "Views" as the new primary metric for all content formats, including Reels, Stories, photos, carousels, and live videos. 📈
You can now find the Views metric under Account Insights in your widget settings.

This update follows Meta’s earlier deprecation of Video Views and Replays, as part of a broader shift toward using Views as the main engagement metric for organic content.
Views represent the number of times your content was either played or displayed. This includes videos, posts, stories, and ads.
The metric is calculated as:
At Swydo, we proactively removed the deprecated metrics from your reports to prevent broken metrics from appearing. Please note that these removals may have caused changes to your report layouts.
❗️ We recommend reviewing any reports that used these metrics and making necessary adjustments.
