Introducing Combined Data Sources (in beta). A powerful new feature that lets you merge key metrics from multiple ad platforms into a single result—visualized as a KPI, table, or graph. No more manual data aggregation, just clear, consolidated insights at a glance.

How It Works:

Select up to 5 data sources, set targets, choose date ranges, and see your combined data unfold in a clear, easy-to-read KPI widget, broken down in a table, or visualized in a graph for easy comparison.

🔹 Supported Platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, Instagram Ads, Snapchat, and TikTok Ads.
🔹 Metrics Available: Cost, Clicks, Impressions, and Conversions.
🔹 Data Visualization: KPI, Table, Donut Chart, Pie Chart, Column Chart, Stacked Column Chart, Stacked Bar Chart, and Treemap.

Monitoring Overview is now officially live for all users. Now, you can quickly and efficiently track all your key client metrics in one simple dashboard. 🙌

How does it work?

📊 Create customized views with tailored groups of clients and track up to six KPIs that matter most to you.

🎯 Choose from eight ready-made templates or build your own from scratch, selecting the exact clients and KPIs you want to monitor.

📂 There’s no limit to the number of views you can create, giving you complete flexibility to organize them however you like—by platform, account manager, region, industry, or any other structure that suits your workflow.

Introducing: Monitoring Overview (Beta)

We've launched our new Monitoring Overview feature in beta!

Now, you can track your clients' key metrics from a single, easy-to-use dashboard, and stay on top of the most important KPIs with minimal effort.

What You Can Do:

  • Create unlimited views to monitor different sets of clients or metrics.
  • Add up to 6 metrics per view.
  • Customize date ranges for each view to match your monitoring needs.
  • Choose from a list of integrations
  • Use 8 ready-made templates or start from scratch.
  • Collaborate with your team anyone can create boards, except contributors, who can view only.
  • Fine-tune each view specify exactly which clients should be included in each view, giving you full control over your monitoring setup.

Where to Find It:

  1. Go to Monitoring on the left menu.
  2. You'll land in the new Monitoring Overview tab.
  3. Switch to Boards if you want to see your existing monitoring boards.

How It Works:

From Scratch:

  1. Click Overview > Create from scratch
  2. Select up to 6 metrics. Data will auto-fill for each client (or prompt you to connect missing sources).

From a Template:

  1. Click Monitoring > Overview.
  2. Pick a template for quick access to key metrics. Templates include Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics 4, and more.

Once your overview is ready:

  • Set your desired date range.
  • Name each view for easy reference.
  • Add multiple views as tabs for better organization.
  • Use the search bar to find specific clients

Save Time, Stay Informed

No more logging into multiple platforms to check key metrics. With Monitoring Overview, you get a clear view of all your clients' performance in one place.

  • Simplified access to the plus button for adding new widgets
  • A sticky menu in the text editor that stays in view as you write

These improvements are now available to all users. Simply hit “Create a New Report” to explore the new functionalities.

We’ve updated our Semrush integration to provide deeper insights into backlinks and competitor performance.

What's New:

Referring Domains Analysis:

Monitor where your backlinks are coming from to track and optimize backlinking efforts effectively.

Available Data:

  • Dimensions: Referring Domain and Authority Score
  • Metrics: Referring Domains, Authority Score, Backlinks, First Seen, Last Seen, Country, and IP Address
  • Filters: IP Address and Countries

Competitor Backlinks Analysis

Compare your backlink performance with competitors to identify opportunities and track your competitive standing.

Available Data:

  • Dimensions: Domain, Authority Score
  • Metrics: Competition Level, Common Referring Domains, Total Referring Domains, Backlinks

These updates make it easier to track your domain’s performance and compare it with competitors, helping you stay ahead in the digital marketing landscape.

Deprecation

Instagram Insights Metrics Removal

Meta has deprecated the following list of metrics from their Instagram Insights API:

  • Email Contacts
  • Get Directions Clicks
  • Profile Views
  • Text Message Clicks
  • Website Clicks
  • Phone Call Clicks
  • Video Views (replaced by Plays in Swydo reports)

These metrics are no longer available in Swydo or any third-party solutions. We’ve automatically removed them, but we recommend reviewing and adjusting your reports as needed. For more details, ready our Help Article, or contact our Support Team.

We've redesigned our navigation based on your feedback. You'll now find everything right where you'd expect it with our new top-page tabs. Tabs have been added to the Report, Client, and Template pages, replacing the dropdown options.

  • Clients Page: Clients, Archived Clients
  • Reports Page: Reports, Send Log, Deleted Reports
  • Templates Page: Report Templates, Brand Templates, Email Templates

Healthy data sources mean hassle-free reporting. That’s why we’re introducing Data Health Check Alerts — a handy new feature that flags any issues with your data sources so you can fix them fast and keep your reports on track.

As of now, you don't need to worry about connections and data sources breaking up your reports because of any changes in passwords, permissions, or updates. Our Data Health Check Alerts are available for all integrations and will help you quickly restore data for your reports, schedules, and dashboards. 📈 🙌

Where to Find Alerts:

We regularly check your data sources, and if any issues are found, you’ll be notified in the app and via email with steps to fix them on the go. - Read our help article for more details.

  • In the App: Check for a red dot (🔴) in Settings, under Connections or Data Sources listed below Integrations.
  • By Email: Whenever a connection is broken, we’ll send you an email ✉️ notifying you of the issue and providing a link to resolve it.
