Track and Reverse Changes with Report Revision History

Adriana avatar
Shared by Adriana • January 29, 2026

Report Revision History is here. See what changed in your report, when it changed, and who made the change. This makes it easier to collaborate with teammates, review edits, and quickly spot unintended updates.

Made a mistake? No problem. Think of it as an undo button for your reports. You can restore earlier versions from up to one hour ago, with up to 100 revisions stored per report.

Revision History currently supports KPIs and widgets, text, and sections. You’ll find it in the top menu of your reports, so you can review changes at any time while working.

More control over comparison and target colors in your reports

Adriana avatar
Shared by Adriana • January 19, 2026

You can now fully control the colors used for comparison and target indicators in your reports—directly from your brand template.

Why this matters:

  • Use softer visual cues for small or expected performance changes
  • Avoid alarming red/green signals when they’re not helpful
  • Keep your reports perfectly aligned with your brand colors

What you can customize:

  • KPI comparison chips (improved / worsened)
  • KPI target indicators (achieved / missed)
  • Comparison chips in tables
  • Widgets in Boards (when using default brand templates)

These indicators now follow the Good and Bad colors you define in your brand template, instead of the standard system green and red—giving you more consistent, client-friendly reporting.

Integration Update

Custom dimensions available as filters in Google Analytics

Shared by Adriana • January 19, 2026

Custom dimensions from Google Analytics are now available as widget filters in Swydo. You can filter GA widgets using your own custom dimensions, such as plan type, customer segment, environment, or any other definitions set up in GA.

🎯 This makes it easier to tailor reports to specific audiences, use cases, or internal structures. It’s especially useful for agencies and teams reporting across multiple products, environments, or customer segments.

⚙️ Set up your custom dimensions in Google Analytics and you’ll find them available under Filters in your widget settings in Swydo.

Compare date ranges with different lengths

Adriana avatar
Shared by Adriana • January 15, 2026

You now have more flexibility when comparing performance in your reports. With our latest update to date ranges, you can compare periods of different lengths, helping you analyze trends more accurately across Month-over-Month, Quarter-over-Quarter, and other period-over-period comparisons. 📈

This means you can align your comparisons with real-world reporting needs instead of being limited to fixed date lengths.

To use this, open the Custom option in the date range comparison and click the lock icon next to the comparison end date. This unlocks the comparison period, so you can set a custom start and end date independently from the report date range.
