On the 18th of December, we'll be sunsetting the feature to log time for clients in Swydo and reporting on those time logs in widgets.
Why are we doing this?
As we're working to improve Swydo, we also need to scrutinize our current feature offering and the value each provides our customers. With that in mind, we investigated and found that only a few of our customers have found our time logging capability valuable. Because of this, we will be discontinuing the functionality to free up resources, allowing us to invest in new and improved features that better help our customers.
Do I need to do anything?
On the 18th of December, we'll remove the time overview from the Client pages and remove any time logging widgets from reports. We will also remove all historical time logs available in your account.
If you'd like to keep your historical time logs available somewhere for reference, please move them from our system before the 18th of December.
