Check out the latest releases of the year!




Our team has been working hard to prepare for the last releases of 2022 before heading toward the Holiday Season. We have launched a new design for the date range picker, added new metrics to Facebook, Callrail, and Google Analytics 4, and released a few improvements to the Semrush integration.

We have redesigned the Date Range Picker to ensure it is always visible so you can access it and modify it easier. You can find it now in the top bar's right corner. The new design includes a new icon, a side settings panel, an updated customization flow, and permanent visibility on the reporting page.

Domain analyses made easier

We have optimized the Semrush integration to make creating project/domain analysis reports easier. Instead of having the hassle of adding filters each time you want to specify data for a project, you can now use a separate data source for each domain. This way, by default, all your data will be linked to it when creating your report, saving you time.

New competitor's PPC Metrics

How much are your competitors spending and driving from PPC? We have added two new metrics to help you evaluate your competitor's paid strategy and find answers to these questions: AdWords Traffic and AdWords Cost. Add them to your Semrush report now and start benchmarking your PPC efforts.

Video Total Play Time

We added a new metric for Videos: Video Total Play Time, which tells you how much time viewers have spent watching your content.

Uncategorized Category

We also added the Uncategorized category to show data of people who opted out when filtering a KPI by publisher or placement.

FB Ads results metric deprecated

We deprecated the Results metric of Facebook Ads due to changes in how FB measures them. Of course, you can still track the results of your FB ads campaigns, but to do this, you need to select the targeted metric associated with the campaign objective. For example, if you set your campaign objective to "conversions," you need to choose the type of conversions results you want to see, such as "leads" or "purchases."

Be aware that as of this week, you can't add the results metric to any widgets anymore. If it's already used on a report, make sure you replace it manually or remove it.

We have made a minor update to the Callrail integration to help you track back your leads' timeline faster. As of now, you can find a new Timeline-URL field with a link to the lead's timeline.

The Google Organic Search field has been updated with four new metrics:

  • Organic Google Search clicks
  • Organic Google Search impressions
  • Organic Google Search click-through rate
  • Organic Google Search average position.

Monitoring your clients just got easier!




We are thrilled to announce that we just launched a new Monitoring section and an improved Client overview feature to help you keep track of your clients KPIs and team performance.

These two features are a step further in our plan to enhance our monitoring tools, which we will continue to develop in the coming year.

With the new monitoring tool you can:

✅ Filter by Client or Manager

✅ Filter by KPI state

✅ Compare different time ranges

✅ Create new projects and assign them to clients

Keep an eye on your clients overview

We have also improved the Clients section to provide you with a cleaner and better-organized overview. There you can find a complete list of your clients names and logos and filter them out by manager, KPI state, or starred Client.

🚀 We are very excited to announce that we have added Klaviyo to our portfolio of integrations.

Klaviyo is one of the fastest-growing marketing automation platforms and a must-have for Email and SMS marketing.

As of this week, you can connect your Klaviyo data with Swydo and start reporting your automated Email and SMS campaign performance over time, as well as tracking the most relevant conversion metrics from your eCommerce websites.

We have also made available a new report template and a set of default widgets ready to be used 🙌.

Start reporting your Klaviyo's campaigns with Swydo:

✅ Filter by Email or SMS

✅ Report at Campaign or Time Level

✅ Monitor and analyze email and SMS performance with metrics such as Recipients, Open Rate, Click Rate, and Unsubscribe Rate, among others.

✅ Keep track of the Conversions from e-commerce websites with metrics such as Fulfilled Order Rate, Placed Order Rate, Avg. Fulfilled Order Value and Avg. Placed Order Value, among others.

✅ Tackle deliverability issues with metrics such as Failed to Deliver SMS, SMS Failed Delivery Rate, and Successful Deliveries.

New GA4 metrics added

We just added a new set of item-scoped and ads metrics to our Google Analytics 4 integration. Check out here the complete list:

✅ Item-scoped metrics:

Ads Clicks, Ads Cost, Ads Cost Per Click, Ads Cost Per Conversion, Ad Impressions, and Return on Ad Spend.

✅ Ads metrics:

Items Added To Cart, Items Checked Out, Items Clicked In List, Items Clicked In Promotion, Items Viewed, Items Viewed In List, and Items Viewed In Promotion.

GA4 compatibility changes

Our GA4 integration has been updated with the latest compatibility changes announced by Google (*Read more here).

🛎 Please review your GA4 reports, and if you see any incompatibility errors, make sure you adjust the metrics and dimensions in your widgets with the ones available.

LinkedIn and GA4 latest updates




Linkedin.png LinkedIn: Reach is back!

If you were missing the Reach metric in your LinkedIn reporting, we have good news to share: it is back!

After having it deprecated and replaced with similar metrics, LinkedIn decided to bring Reach back, and so did we. This is because customers were unhappy with the removal and asked for its return. LinkedIn now deprecated the replacing metrics 1-day/7-day/28-day reach, and so did we.

We have continued to update our Google Analytics 4 integration with more metrics to help you enhance your reporting. Check out here some of the latest additions:

  • Metrics: Average engagement time, Engaged Sessions per user, Returning users, Views per user, DAU/MAU, DAU/WAU, WAU/MAU, and Bounce Rate.

  • Dimensions: First User Campaign, First users Google Ads ad group name, and Level.

  • Conversion event filter: Purchase and Generate Lead

We are very excited to announce that our new Klaviyo-Logo.png integration is now available for all our beta users. We will test it during the upcoming weeks and once all the details are fine-tuned, we will release it for all our customers.

Klaviyo is a marketing automation platform that gives email marketers direct ownership of consumer data and interactions. With Swydo, you can now start reporting your Email and SMS campaigns performance over time, as well as start tracking the most relevant conversion metrics from your eCommerce websites.

New Template Gallery




We just released a new template gallery with 29 templates ready to be used and help you speed up your reporting. 🚀

This new gallery combines 2 sets of templates:

✅ Your team's own customized report templates, which are of course still available as you are used to.

✅ Our new set of Swydo preset templates, which we will continue to expand and update over time.

Go to the Report Templates section on the left menu:

KPIs got a makeover




We have redesigned the look & feel of the KPIs to help you to communicate insights more clearer, focusing on the elements that matter the most: your numbers, your targets, and your growth over time.

What's new?

The new design includes:

  • Bigger numbers.

  • 2 new icons to indicate if you are on target or not: a green check mark or a red minus sign.

  • A percentage indicator next to the KPI, either green or red, which shows you how you compare against the previous period.
