Healthy data sources mean hassle-free reporting. That’s why we’re introducing Data Health Check Alerts — a handy new feature that flags any issues with your data sources so you can fix them fast and keep your reports on track.

As of now, you don't need to worry about connections and data sources breaking up your reports because of any changes in passwords, permissions, or updates. Our Data Health Check Alerts are available for all integrations and will help you quickly restore data for your reports, schedules, and dashboards. 📈 🙌

Where to Find Alerts:

We regularly check your data sources, and if any issues are found, you’ll be notified in the app and via email with steps to fix them on the go. - Read our help article for more details.

  • In the App: Check for a red dot (🔴) in Settings, under Connections or Data Sources listed below Integrations.
  • By Email: Whenever a connection is broken, we’ll send you an email ✉️ notifying you of the issue and providing a link to resolve it.

We’ve added X (Twitter) Analytics to Swydo Beta, giving you more ways to share insights on your content performance.

This new addition complements our existing X Ads integration, bringing a set of metrics to help you track Post Performance with filters for both Promoted and Organic data.

Is a team member leaving? No worries! Now, when you revoke a user, you can instantly reassign all their Swydo items to another team member. 🔄 🙌

✉️ The assigned team member will be notified, and all clients, reports, and schedules will transfer seamlessly—preventing data loss and making handovers a breeze.

💡 Here is How:

Go to your settings in the left menu, click on Team Members, find the departing user, and hover over the three dots on the right. Click 'Revoke Membership,' then select the team member to whom you want to reassign the existing items.

*Keep in mind that this option is only available for team admins.

We're excited to share that we have officially integrated SE Ranking with Swydo, and it's now available to all our users.

More for Your SEO Reporting

With SE Ranking and Swydo, you can create SEO reports focused on overall keyword performance, average position changes, visibility, traffic forecasts, and search volume, while also comparing changes across different search engines.

Release Set

You can find all the new SE Ranking KPIs, preset widgets, and example data in your widget settings, as well as a preset template in your report templates gallery.

With SE Ranking, we are expanding our SEO integrations portfolio to include tracked keyword statistics alongside Semrush and Accuranker.

This new integration allows you to connect your SE Ranking data to Swydo and create reports that offer:

  • A comprehensive view of keyword rankings, including how many keywords rank in the top 5, top 10, and top 30.
  • Google Index status and traffic forecasts.
  • Changes in keyword positions and visibility percentages.

Want to create a dedicated PMax report? Follow these tips:

👉 Go to your report template gallery and generate a Google Ads report.

Google has rebranded the “Conversion” metric to “Key Event,” and we've aligned our platform accordingly to ensure consistency.

The following metrics and fields have been renamed:

  • Conversion Event is now Key Event

We Have Removed Your Universal Analytics Widgets

As a follow-up to the complete phase-out of Universal Analytics on July 1st, 2024, we've removed all existing UA widgets from your reports and templates. This may have changed the layout of your reports containing any UA data, as some widgets might have shifted.

📈 Review and Adjust your Reports:

We highly recommend reviewing and manually adjusting any reports that included UA widgets, as the format may be affected. This also includes your scheduled reports, which will continue to be sent out according to their set schedule unless you manually deactivate them.

Swydo Simplified: Goodbye to Online Reports

We have some important news to share. We have simplified the report-sharing options to only Dashboards and PDFs.

Here is all you need to know about this update:

  • Online reports are being deprecated to streamline your user experience, so you won't see them available as a sharing option in any of the places where they were listed before.
  • Dashboards will be the sole online format going forward. We’ve added a toggle to allow you to choose whether to enable or disable date range changes, which was the main distinction between dashboards and online reports.

What will happen with my existing online reports?

  • Any scheduled online reports will automatically become dashboards, with date range settings disabled by default, which you can manually enable.
  • All your existing online report links will remain active until further notice.

This change aims to make report-sharing easier and clearer, with dashboards as the only online format available. Plus, it sets the stage for future updates and functionalities. 🚀

We are excited to share the makeover of our 🎨 Brand Template Feature, designed to streamline and simplify your brand settings management while saving you time.

  • Side Navigation Menu: We've introduced a modern and user-friendly side menu for seamless navigation through your brand template settings, aligning with other features of the app.
  • Multiple Format Customization: Whether you prefer sharing your report online or as a PDF, we’ve got you covered! Set and change your header, background color, background image, text color, chart colors, and more. For PDF users, find a "customize PDF" button conveniently located at the bottom of the menu for easy access; it will allow you to set your cover, header, footer, and more.
  • Mid-Screen Preview: Changes made in the settings menu are instantly reflected in the live preview screen, allowing you to experiment with different options and select your preferred settings before finalizing changes.
  • Updated Preview Cards:Our brand template preview cards now feature a modern design with larger format, enhancing visual appeal. Access these cards by clicking the appearance menu in any report or by selecting Brand Templates from the left menu.

Facebook Deprecates Metrics: What it means for your Swydo reports

Heads up! With Facebook's move from Classic Pages to the new Pages experience, some metrics you used to find in Facebook Insights are no longer available. This change also means these metrics are no longer accessible in Swydo.

To prevent any issues such as empty data or errors in your existing reports, we recommend reviewing any reports that use these metrics and making any necessary adjustments.

Meanwhile, we are taking proactive steps to automatically remove these deprecated metrics from any report where they were previously displayed. However, please note that this action may take a few weeks to be fully completed.

Email Default Content Upgrade

We've just rolled out an update to our email feature, ensuring that any email messages sent without prior customization will be preformatted with default content to enhance readability.

If you're sending a one-time email or scheduling a report and find yourself short on time to add a custom message, worry not! Swydo will handle it for you by populating your message with the following default content: team logo, client name, a standard message, best regards, your name, and a link button to your shared online report, online dashboard, or PDF.

Also, if you have a designated signature, we will add this one instead of your name and remove the 'best regards' to avoid overlapping with your greetings.

💡Prefer to maintain control over your messages? Simply click on 'customize message' and add your preferred content.

Easily Toggle Cover Page On and Off

Would you like to remove the cover page or header from your dashboard or PDF? If so, we're pleased to share that we've added a new feature that allows you to do just that with a click.

Here is How

Simply navigate to the 🎨 palette icon in the top menu, select 'Cover Page', and flip the blue toggle to enable or disable the cover page or header of your report. Voilà!

📈 Enhance Your Reports With The New Resizable Widgets

We are excited to share that our new resizable reporting grid has been fully released and is available for all our customers. 🙌

With this new feature, you can arrange charts, KPIs, tables, text, and images in various sizes expanding your customization options and gaining more control over the appearance and readability of your reports. You can also add a border to your widgets and change the background color of your reports.

Style borders and backgrounds

We've also introduced a new feature allowing you to personalize your data widgets with borders and change the background color of your reports. Simply navigate to your brand templates and choose your desired settings. By default, all new brand templates will showcase sleek grey borders and a grey background. Your current templates will retain their original style, featuring borderless designs with a crisp white backdrop.

Transitioned Reports and Enhanced KPI Display

All your existing reports have been seamlessly transitioned to the new design, maintaining their current style until you choose to modify them. Now, instead of three KPIs, you'll find four, providing even more insights at a glance. However, this change might result in some empty spaces, so you'll need to manually adjust them to ensure your reports look just right.

But that's not all! We've optimized the KPI design for better readability, with change and comparison data now displayed under the result number. Plus, we've abbreviated long KPI numbers when used at 25% width for easier comprehension.

Instagram Insights Update

We are adding two new dimensions to allow customers to filter all their content by ‘Media Type’, which includes Video, Images, Audio, and Carousel Album; as well as by ‘Content Format’, which incl.png

We have made some useful updates to Instagram Insights to enhance your reporting.

We have added two new dimensions to allow you to filter all your content by Media Type and Content Format:

  • Media Type: Includes Video, Images, Audio, and Carousel Album
  • Content Format: Includes Ad, Feed, Story, and Reels.

🌟 We've just rolled out a fresh report header with a sleek new design and expanded brand customization options. Now, you can enjoy a wider view, spice things up with background images, showcase your team logo alongside the client's, and experience a smoother editing process.

What's New:

  • Full Width: No more confinements to report dimensions; now it spans the entire page for a dynamic online report feel.
  • Variable Height: Watch the report adjust its height seamlessly based on its contents.
  • New Elements: Alongside the classic options like author, client logo, and report title, we've added the ability to incorporate background images and team logo.

  • Edit Options: Say goodbye to the edit button cluttering your header. Simply tap the palette icon in the top left menu, head to 'Display Options', and choose your preferred elements. Plus, all elements are now clickable for instant editing.
  • Clickable Date Range: Need to tweak your date range? Just click on it, and voila! The sidebar menu opens up for easy adjustments.
  • Brand: Adjusting colors and cover pages? You'll still find these options in the brand template menu.
  • Online Report Cover: Now you can add and customize a cover page to your online view and sharable online report. Change the text and background colors, and add an image as background.

📄 PDF Options

  • PDF View: We've streamlined the experience by making online view the default, bidding farewell to the PDF view option on the report page.
  • Cover Page: Editing options have shifted to the brand template, but the process remains the same. Tweak text colors, background hues, and easily add a background image.
  • Page Alignment Update: Elements on the cover page now align left for a cleaner look, with the team logo resting at the bottom.

Trash Bin: Never Lose a Report Again

We've added a new Trash Bin feature to our reporting tool, allowing you to:

✅ Get an overview of your deleted reports for up to 90 days before permanent removal.

✅ Easily restore reports if needed during that time.

Where to Find It

Access your deleted reports in the three dots menu at the top right corner of the reporting page.

To Manage Your Trash Bin:

  • Click on Reporting in the left menu.
  • Select 'Deleted Reports' from the three dots menu to access your deleted reports page.
  • Choose a report to delete, restore, or use the 'Clear deleted reports' button at the top to empty your Trash Bin completely.

That's it! Simple and efficient.

We have expanded the existing TikTok integration with Profile and Content performance metrics to allow you to consolidate your Ads and Organic data reporting in one place.

We have added a 'Size Selector' to the widgets menu, which offers you different width options for your data visuals.

Here is a list of possibilities you can explore with the resizable widgets:

  • Fill your rows with data visualization of different sizes for a compact and insightful result overview.
  • Compare your data with charts next to each other to better spot changes and differences.
  • Include text next to your data to inform about highlights, lowlights, upcoming action points, or any extra input you want to share with your client.
  • Add images next to your other graphs, such as ad assets or brand illustrations, using the text & images widget.

This change also applies to the widgets on your monitoring page, enhancing the look of your boards.

📌 Note for Beta Users

If you are a beta user, all your reports have been automatically updated with the new design, and you have gained access to the 'Size Selector.' In case you want to return to the previous grid, just disable this beta feature or ask your team admin to do it.

👉 Not a Beta user yet? Activate this feature on your settings and start styling your reports with the new resizable widgets.
