You can now add Crisp to your Swydo dashboards as our first messaging integration, with more to follow.
Crisp is a customer support messaging platform that lets you chat with clients in real time.
How to set it up

Go to Settings → Dashboards → Crisp and paste in your Crisp tag. Once installed, you and your team can communicate with clients directly from within your dashboards, without switching tools.
We've made it easier to get notified about what matters, while giving you more control over when and how you're informed.
Slack notifications for Swydo Alerts are now fully available. Get notified directly in your workspace when an alert is triggered or runs into an error, so your team stays on top of issues without leaving Slack.
Go to Settings → Team → Slack to get started. Only admins can connect a Slack channel.
If you pause campaigns on weekends, you can now pause your alerts too. In the alert settings, use Advanced settings to select which days to skip. On those days the alert won't run and will pick up again on the next active day.

You're now in control of when Swydo sends you system email notifications, the ones triggered by activity in your account like alerts or data health checks. Choose to receive them immediately, on specific days during working hours (9am to 5pm in your timezone), or turn them off entirely.
Go to your profile → Edit profile → System email notifications → Notification schedule.

We've added two new filters to help you save time: client labels in your Metrics Overview, and report sharing status in your Reports overview.
You can now filter clients by label in Metrics Overview, making it easier to focus on the right accounts at a glance. Labels are color-coded and show as icons next to each client, with tooltips for extra clarity.
Head to Monitoring → Metrics Overview and use the Label filter to get started.

You can now filter reports by how they are being shared. Use the new Sharing filter to quickly find reports with an active dashboard, an active schedule, or reports that are not shared at all.
Head to Reporting → Reports and use the Sharing filter to get started.
You can now see how clients and stakeholders interact with your Swydo dashboards, directly through Google Analytics.
In Swydo, go to Settings → Dashboards → Google Analytics, then paste in your Google Analytics tag. Once added, it's automatically placed in the head section of your dashboards and tracking begins.

Finding your tag in Google Analytics
Go to Admin → Data Streams (under Property) → select your web stream → View tag instructions → Install manually, then copy the full tag snippet.
Good to know
One tag per account is supported, and your tag is stored securely.
Start making more informed decisions based on how your dashboards are actually used. ✨
We're introducing AI-generated summaries in report emails: instant context, right where you need it. No more generating a summary inside the report and copying it over manually.
Add an AI summary as a content block in your email, position it anywhere with drag and drop, and for scheduled reports, it'll automatically appear in every future send. One setup, done.
Open your email editor (one-time or scheduled), click the + button at the top, and select AI summary. Drag the block wherever it fits best, then send or save your schedule.

That's it. Every report email can now include clear, consistent insights, automatically. 🙌
We’ve introduced several improvements to make monitoring your metrics, goals, and alerts more flexible, actionable, and easier to manage.
🔍 Better visibility with filters
You can now apply filters across Metrics Overview, Alerts, and Goals, helping you quickly focus on the data that matters most.
🏷️ Filter and view clients by labels
Label filters are now available in the Metrics Overview. Filter out clients that don’t match selected labels and quickly identify them with label icons shown next to each client. Icons are color-coded and include tooltips for clarity.
🔁 Copy goals and alerts
Save time by duplicating existing setups. Easily copy goals and alerts instead of creating them from scratch.
⏸️ Pause when needed
Need a temporary break? You can now pause goals and alerts without deleting them, and resume anytime.
🎯 Clearer target progress
We’ve improved the information under Goals so you can clearly see how much is needed to reach your target.
🗂️ Archive with flexibility
When you archive a client, related goals and alerts are archived automatically and remain available if you want to reactivate them later.
