How it works

Click the Swydo AI icon at the top of any report to open your assistant. Choose from Summary, Wins, Issues, or Recommendations, or analyze a specific section or widget. Insert results into your report with one click.

  • Your data stays yours
    Your data is processed securely and never used to train models.
  • AI Credits
    Each team receives a monthly credit balance included in their plan, with the option to add more through the Billing page if needed..

You can now calculate ROAS, along with Revenue and Purchases, across multiple ad platforms in one unified view with Combined Data.

New: Present and Download your Monitoring Boards

We’ve improved Monitoring Boards to make presenting and sharing insights easier. The new Present mode offers a clean, full-screen view with a laser pointer for meetings, and you can now download any board as a scrollable PDF.

Subscriptions and notifications have also been moved to Alerts for a more streamlined workflow.

Introducing Alerts in Beta

We’ve just launched Alerts (Beta), a new monitoring tool that helps you detect performance changes automatically and act fast when results go off track.

Create custom alerts by selecting clients, data sources, metrics, and trigger conditions. Swydo will check your data daily and notify you by email when results go out of bounds.

✅ What’s new

  • Track key metrics automatically and get notified when performance changes
  • Manage alerts from the Monitoring page or the Client page
  • View color-coded alert history (green = normal, yellow = unable to check, red = triggered)
  • Receive daily email notifications when alert conditions are met

🚀 How to get started

  1. Go to Monitoring → Alerts or open a Client page → Alerts tab
  2. Click + New Alert
  3. Select your client, data source, and metric
  4. Define the trigger condition and period (1, 7, 30, or 90 days)
  5. Choose who receives notifications and click Create

Enable Alerts (Beta) in Swydo and make sure you never miss a target again.

The new Goals overview is now live for everyone!

Have you imagined an easier way to track all your clients’ goals in one place? Time to try our new Goals feature! It gives you a complete overview of every client objective, so you can set and track any KPI, monitor progress at a glance, and instantly spot which campaigns need a little extra love to stay on target.

Color-coded progress indicators show which campaigns are thriving and which need attention.

No more digging through platforms. Just answers when you need them.

How to get started:

  1. Go to Monitoring → Goals, or open a client page and select Goals.
  2. Click + New Goal and set up your target in a few steps.
  3. Start tracking progress and see how your campaigns stack up against your objectives.

Try It Out in Any Report

  1. Click the AI icon in the top menu to open the right panel.
  2. Use the default prompts — Summary, Wins, Issues, or Recommendations — or chat with your report for specific insights.
  3. Want to analyze just one part of your report? Click the paperclip icon to select specific sections and prompt the AI from there.

How to Activate

Any customer can join the Beta!
​Go to Settings → AI Beta and enable Swydo AI to start using it in your reports — or ask your Swydo Admin.
​Each team has a limited number of credits, refreshed every 5 hours.
​This is a Beta version, so things are still improving. See a response you like (or don’t)? Use the 👍 / 👎 icons to help the AI learn and get better.

We’ve switched to Google Fonts for report templates!
This means you now have access to over 1,000 fonts, making it easier to match reports with your brand’s style. To keep things consistent, we’ve also matched your existing reports with the closest available Google Fonts.

Take the guesswork out of reporting: Goals (Beta) helps you track client objectives in real time and show measurable results right inside Swydo.

Where to find it

  • Monitoring page → Bird’s-eye view of all client goals.
  • Client page → Focused view of a specific client’s main goals and performance.


How it works

  1. Go to Monitoring → Goals, or open a client page and select Goals.
  2. Click +New Goal (top right).
  3. Select Client → Data Source → Metric → Report Type (add filters if needed).
  4. Define your goal: Name, Target Condition (>, <, =), Target Value, and Period.

Now Live: Structure Your Reports in Seconds with Sections

Organize your reports into clear, structured parts so you can produce them quickly and your clients can read them without the clutter.

The new left-hand menu gives both you and your clients an instant overview of longer reports and dashboards.

With Sections, you can now:

  • Group related widgets under clear, custom titles
  • Add unlimited sections to build out your story
  • Easily reorder, rename, duplicate, or delete sections
  • Hide sections that are works-in-progress as drafts, preventing clients from viewing them.
  • Jump through reports using the clickable Next Section navigation at the bottom of each page.

💡 The first section is added automatically to new reports, and the navigation menu will appear for clients on any report with two or more sections.
