Give clients their own reporting portal

Adriana avatar
Shared by Adriana • July 22, 2026

Give your clients a single place to access the reports and insights you've chosen to share. The new Client Portal lets you combine Reports, Boards, and Goals into one secure, shareable link. Clients can stay informed and explore their data whenever they need to, without managing multiple URLs.

One portal, multiple insights

Instead of sending separate links, you can now create a dedicated portal for each client and choose exactly what they can see.

You can include:

  • Reports to share detailed marketing performance.
  • Boards for a quick overview of key KPIs.
  • Goals so clients can monitor progress toward their targets.

Before you share the portal, you can preview it to see exactly what your client will experience.

More control over access

The Client Portal gives you flexibility over how you share information.

  • Add a password to protect the portal when extra security is needed.
  • Regenerate the portal link at any time to immediately revoke access to the previous link.
  • Update the shared content whenever your client's reporting needs change.

How to get started

Open your client's account and navigate to the Portal tab. Enable the Client Portal, select the Reports, Boards, and Goals you want to share, optionally add a password, and send your client the generated link.

Start using it in your next client report.

ChatGPT Ads, Microsoft Excel, and LinkedIn Personal Profile Analytics are now available in beta.

Go to SettingsBeta Features to enable access and start testing.

🤖 ChatGPT Ads

Bring your OpenAI Advertising campaigns into Swydo and report on them alongside your other paid marketing channels.

Automatically track key metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost, CTR, CPC, and CPM, and include them in your reports and dashboards with ease.

📊 Microsoft Excel

Connect your Microsoft Excel spreadsheets directly to Swydo and turn custom data into automated reports.

Whether you're reporting on unsupported platforms or combining data from multiple sources, Excel gives you a flexible way to visualize marketing and business data without converting files to Google Sheets.

Note: This integration currently supports Microsoft Business accounts only. Personal Microsoft accounts are not supported.

👤 LinkedIn Personal Profile Analytics

Measure the impact of your personal brand with LinkedIn Personal Profile Analytics.

Track follower growth, impressions, reactions, comments, reshares, and other key engagement metrics, and include your personal profile performance alongside company pages, LinkedIn Ads, and your other marketing channels.

To help you get started quickly, both LinkedIn Profile and OpenAI Advertising include a ready-to-use report template, preset KPIs, widgets, and example data.

Visualize targets with your Heatmaps

Adriana avatar
Shared by Adriana • June 25, 2026

You can now add a Target to your Heatmap widgets to instantly see which values are meeting expectations and which need attention.

When a target is configured, each heatmap cell is evaluated against its individual target and color-coded accordingly:

🟢 Green: target met or exceeded

🔴 Red: below target

➖ Dash: no data available

This makes it easy to spot patterns, identify underperforming areas, and compare results across dimensions at a glance.

Why you'll love it:

  • Quickly spot opportunities for improvement
  • Make performance reporting easier to understand at a glance
  • Add visual impact to client and stakeholder reports

The new Target section is available in Heatmap widget settings and uses the same target configuration options you're already familiar with from KPI goals.

No target configured? Your heatmap will continue to work exactly as before, using color intensity to visualize values.

Perfect for monitoring performance across combinations such as campaigns by month, products by category, or any other dimension pair in your reports.

🎨 Customize Individual Widgets with Different Brand Templates

Adriana avatar
Shared by Adriana • June 25, 2026

You can now apply a different Brand Template to individual widgets instead of using the same template across your entire report.

This gives you more flexibility to:

  • Highlight important sections with a unique visual style
  • Combine multiple brands or business units in a single report
  • Create more engaging and personalized client reports
  • Gain greater control over the look and feel of individual widgets

Try it in your next report

To customize a widget, open its Branding settings, turn off Same as report, and select a different Brand Template. The rest of the report will continue using the default template.

No custom template selected? The widget will continue to use the report's default Brand Template as before.

Custom Metrics, now easier to build

Adriana avatar
Shared by Adriana • May 19, 2026

Whether you want to add agency markups, create custom CPA formulas, estimate revenue, or calculate ROAS differently, you can build it directly in Swydo.

We've given Custom Metrics a refresh with a simplified setup: fewer steps, easier navigation, right from your widget settings.

Build Metrics Your Way

  • Create custom metrics directly inside the widget settings panel
  • Stay in your report while building formulas
  • Build formulas using standard operators (+ − × ÷) and existing metrics
  • Save metrics once and reuse them across all clients on the same integration
  • Or keep dynamic metrics scoped to a specific client data source when needed
  • Access saved custom metrics alongside standard metrics in any widget or KPI

Common use cases

  • Add a 20% agency markup to ad spend
  • Create a custom cost-per-acquisition metric
  • Estimate revenue from conversions
  • Calculate ROAS based on your own business logic

If you can calculate it, you can report on it. 📈

How to get started

  1. Open a widget in your report and click Edit.
  2. In the widget settings panel, click MetricCustom metrics
  3. Click Add custom metric, give it a name, and build your formula
  4. Save it and use it across your reports in Swydo

Shared by Adriana • May 13, 2026

You can now switch your reports between portrait and landscape mode.

Landscape mode gives you more space to create wider, cleaner report layouts with more KPIs and widgets visible at a glance. It works especially well for dashboard-style reports and large charts, and can be shared as PDF exports or online reports.

What’s new

  • Toggle between portrait and landscape using the new orientation icon at the top of the report
  • Your selected orientation is automatically saved per report
  • Landscape reports are optimized for A4 printing and PDF exports
  • Fit up to 6 KPIs across the width of a page

More ways to style your reports

Adriana avatar
Shared by Adriana • May 11, 2026

You can now customize text widgets separately from other widgets in your brand templates, giving you more flexibility to design reports your way.

Customize borders, colors, backgrounds, and text styles to better match your brand.

Brand template settings are now organized into two sections: Widgets and Text widgets.

In Widgets, you can control:

  • Border style and color
  • Widget background
  • Chart colors
  • Provider icon visibility
  • Subtitle visibility
  • Positive and negative target change colors

In Text widgets, you can choose between two text styles: the default boxed look, or Immersive mode for a cleaner, open layout. Immersive mode removes the border, background, and padding so titles and commentary feel like part of the page rather than separate boxes.

You can also customize border style and color, background color, and separate heading and paragraph colors to match your brand.

👉 You’ll find these settings under Brand templates → Widgets or Text widgets.
